Prior to her work with Empowering Results, Elisa had a successful career in Human Resources that began in the early 1990s. She held various management, director, and corporate training positions in international, startups and Fortune 500 firms, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, Allergan, Amgen, PACT Pharmaceutical, Volt, Robert Half International, and AppleOne. One of the responsibilities her various roles had in common was helping team members reach their corporate and career objectives. Through these experiences, she honed her natural talents in leadership, communication, and strategic life planning.
